At the beginning of the annual program “Finland Education in China”, Dr. Dong Li, Executive President of FEDUCATION opened the 7th in-depth Finnish teacher training seminar in Chongqing Xiejiawan Primary School, which took place from April 22 to 26, 2019.
Beijing Shengtao Education Development and Innovation Research Institute held the 2019 Beijing Normal Experimental Primary School and the inaugural meeting of the Primary School Branch of the China Education International Exchange Association at the Primary School Attached to Beijing Normal University on April 11-12, 2019. The theme of the conference was mainly around primary school curriculum construction.
From January 6th to 26th, 2019, 24 principals from the Guangdong Provincial Middle School came to Finland to participate in the Backbone Training Program organized by FEDUCATION, Finland-China Education Association (FICEA) and Tampere University of Applied Sciences. During this period, the team of principals visited 10 different Finnish schools.
On December 28, 2018, FEDUCATION president Jari Andersson, Executive President Dr. Dong Li, and Vice President Pekka Pellinen of the Finnish International Education Innovation Research Institute were invited by Sichuan Wanhui Education Group to participate in the conference with the theme of “Finnish Family Education and Happiness”, a large-scale public lecture.

In December 2018, a large-scale public welfare lecture on “Finnish Family Education and Happiness” kicked off the extensive cooperation between FEDUCATION and Wanhui Educational Institution. Since then, the two parties have continuously collaborated in teacher training, curriculum development, school management, and teacher exchanges.
From June 27 to 28, 2018, the 4th China-Finland Basic Education Summit Forum was co-sponsored by FEDUCATION and FICEA, Chongqing High-tech Zone Management Committee and Municipal Education Society. Held at CRC Xiejiawan Primary School in Jiulongpo District, this forum was also held in conjunction with the seventh Sino-Finnish teaching exchange seminar.
On May 12, 2018, Xiong’an New Area Education Development Work Exchange Conference hosted by the Xiong’an New District Management Committee and undertaken by China Resources Group was held at the Zhuorun Jianguo Hot Spring Hotel in Xiong County.
On April 9, 2018, under the leadership of Dr. Dong Li, executive president of FEDUCATION, a team of seven Finnish education experts revisited Wuyi Primary School in Haidian District, Beijing.
With the “Finnish Education Tour in China”project in the spring of 2018, the expert team of FEDUCATION visited Chongqing Shanhu Experimental Primary School again to carry out a one-week in-depth training.
